Intro to Projection Mapping with Ryan Webber
Projection mapping transforms ordinary walls, objects, and architectural spaces into dynamic visual environments. This high-level introductory workshop explores the creative and technical foundations of projecting images onto physical surfaces, including how projectors, space, light, content, and mapping work together. Through examples, discussion, and guided experimentation, participants will develop a practical vocabulary for understanding projection mapping and begin to see how it can support storytelling, performance, installation and live events. The workshop is software-independent and welcoming to beginners; no prior knowledge is required. Bringing a laptop is optional.
